Directions: You can diffuse a few drops of AlternaKidsâ„¢ Focus Formula during homework time. Our recommendation is to diffuse for 10 minutes on and 30 minutes off. Or mix a 2-4% dilution with your favorite carrier oil and apply topically to your child's chest, back of neck and/or wrist.
