12V-24V
The car dash camera is fit for car which Voltage is between 12v-24v.If your car voltage is over 24V, the dash camera would not work. Please make sure your car Voltage is between 12V-24V before your purchase.

Battery
The built-in battery is only for save emergency files when parking off, the battery operating time is limited, please always connect dash cam to external power in daily use.

Memory Card
1. Please remember turn off the dash cam when you want to insert or pull the memory card out. If you insert or pull it with dash cam on, this might cause loss of software, the dash cam will turn on and off automatically.
2. After using for long time, it might produce fragment, and shows error, the solution is to format the memory card and turn off it, then turn on.
