1.Please do Water Test according to the User Manual before placing phone in the case or before you take it to swimming pool, beach or anywhere has water. Ensure all the seams are closed. Leave the charging port door open when open the case, or it may fall off due to sudden hard pull.
2.The built-in Screen Protector is Scratch-Resistant, so pls don't align additional Glass Screen Protector, which will compromise the touch sensitivity and keep the case from being closed completely.
3.Not compatible with 30-pin to Lightning Adapters or the majority of non-Apple branded USB to Lightning cables.
4.Accessories of waterproof case are not under warranty of the case itself. If you need it, you can purchase a back up replacement accessories in our shop (B01HEC6AOQ)
5.It's normal that all waterproof case would have Sound issue. Please open the charging port door or use Bluetooth device or headphone to get better sound. If you find it is intolerable, please contact us without any hesitation.
6.Proper installation of a Merit product is extremely important to successful use. So please review and check the user manual to ensure correct installation to make the case fully sealed.
