Add a bit of sparkle to your celebrations! These tutus have shimmery silver "splatter" throughout their colorful tulle. This keeps the glitter on the tutu and nowhere else! Our Sparkle Tutus are available in a variety of colors with silver sparkle. The waist is a stretchy elastic material that will fit a wide age range. The 2-layer tulle skirt is about 11" long. When relaxed, the waist is approximately 14" in circumference and will stretch to about 23"-24". Recommended for ages 2-6 years.
