1.Please make sure your phone is connected Wi-Fi.
2.Your Wi-Fi name and Password should not contain special character 'and &. Input Wi-Fi password correctly and is no longer than 31 characters.
3.Make sure that your Wi-Fi encryption is WPA2-PSK(AES).
4.The camera is available to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Signal and we suggest selecting Channel 6.

1.Please insert your micro SD card correctly without reversing it.
