Our live-life-fit Twist-and-Lock Travel Portion Control Containers are a system of four interlocking snack-containers designed to make portion control and smart snacking easy. These containers are BPA-free, phthalate free, odor and stain resistant, and freezer and dishwasher safe. Not only does each container comes with its own individual lid so they can be used separately, but the containers also interlock and include a removable plastic handle to make them easy to carry or clip to bag. Container sizes: 2 tbsp. (40cc/1.35oz), 1/4 cup (60cc jar/2oz), 1/3 cup (100cc/3.4oz), and 1/2 cup (150cc/5oz). The 2 tbsp. container is perfect for dips, nut butters, vitamins, or supplements, the 1/4 cup container is ideal for nuts or dried fruit, the 1/3 cup container is awesome for protein sources like a hard-boiled egg, protein powder, or beef jerky, and the 1/2 cup container is just right for fresh fruit, veggies, chips, or trail mix.
