Duraglobe planners are produced with paper made mostly from sugarcane stock, called bagasse. Bagasse paper is made of the fibrous matter that remains after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract their juice. As bagasse contains much less wood fiber, using it reduces deforestation and requires fewer greenhouse gases to collect, and less bleaching than wood.
