For over 40 years, Bruce Molsky has been playing folk music to an ever expanding and
wildly appreciative audience. From humble beginnings in New York City, down through
Appalachia, across the Atlantic, and far, far beyond, he has relentlessly pursued music that
grabbed a hold of him and wouldn t let go, absorbing and interpreting diverse folk music
traditions that span centuries. Searching for the complex simplicity in the tunes, the
subtle nuances in the songs, and the beauty in-between the notes, this intimate solo set
captures Bruce at his absolute best, a magical
performance where the line blurs between modern master
