Cold Application: Before cold application, please store it in the freezer at least 2 hours. And use it together with cloth or towel.

Hot Application:
In hot water: You can put the pack into pot with boiled water without heating source for 10 minutes. Or you can boil the pack in the pot with a cloth or towel as barrier between pot and pack. Boils 4 minutes, the temperature can be up to 65 C(149 F); Boils 10 minutes, the temperature will be up to 80 C(176 F).

Microwave. Put the pack into microwave oven flat, and heat it for 60 seconds based on intermediate level. If it is not warm for you, please knead it for several times, and heat it another 30 seconds on another side.
