This camera should be plugged in power and Ethernet cable, then search by LAN on the app, add it to your phone and view the video. If you want to connect to Wi-Fi, choose "Wi-Fi setting" on your phone app, click "done", the camera will reboot automatically, wait for about 1 minute, unplug the Ethernet cable, then you can view the video via Wi-Fi.
