At Granny's Confections, we hand make our Pecan Brittle. Our pecan brittle is made with lots of pecans. As a matter of fact, each order of pecan brittle contains about a half pound of premium pecans. We only use Grade "A" Pecans in our brittle. Our pecan brittle was voted the best pecan brittle.
