You can also use the regular shelves to accommodate a microwave, other small appliances, or be used as a table to place a cutting board.

The rack also comes with a detachable waterproof MDF board so you can place it on the top shelf to help balance the kitchenware and to prevent liquid from dripping down. The grey stoving varnish on the surface is non-toxic, harmless and odorless in order to protect the unit from rust and corrosion, which is perfect for the kitchen environment where water, moisture, oil, and grease are the norm.

The shelves slide over the plastic clips holding them in place and can be adjusted to any shelf height, giving you more options for your storage needs.
