You need extra Microsoft Adapter(Not including) when connecting to your old Xbox One controller. 

Before use the headset on your PS4, please test it with your mobile phone to ensure it function well. 

PS4 setting: Insert the headset own 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad, then long press the PS4 button or enter the system Settings, there is a peripheral machines, choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "output to the headphones", then change it to "all audio ". 

When the headset connect with your PCcomputer, we suggest that using 3.5mm jack cable(1 to 2) .

For Xbox One, SADES SA708GT version stereo gaming headset only supports New Version XBOX One which its controller must have a headset audio 3.5mm jack to connect. If your xbox one controller doesn't have a 3.5mm audio jack, you need another adapter(No Included). 

When use Xbox 360 convertor(not included), it is only for talking with teammates in the Game Battle,cannot hear the game background sound. 

Troubleshooting Methods: 

Sound is too small or no sound: Ensure that your audio devices work properly and sound switch has been turned on ;Turn up the sound volume level, ensure connecting the plug of headset to audio source correctly.
