Dr. Valerie Nelson, Naturopathic Doctor has been using this formulation with her patients for many years with excellent results. It is actually one of her favorites and she puts it in her trunk car emergency kit. Use it at the VERY first sign of any type of injury or pain. So simple to use and safe for children and pets. Many of her patients that try this come back into her wellness center to purchase bottles for their friends. It simply works that good that people can’t wait to share with others. Arnica should be used in a 1M potency for maximum results. Lower potencies in the c’s and x’s are not quite as quick to bring healing. Use BEFORE any type of surgery and AFTER of course and it cuts down on the recovery time. Ingredients are simply Arnica 1M, purified water and 5% alcohol as a preservative.

Great for bruising, toothaches, swelling, broken bones, nerve pain, fractures, back pain, feet pain, head & eye injuries,etc. Taking Arnica internally verses topically goes straight to the root of the issue stimulating healing to all cells in the supporting tissues. Dr. Nelson's opinion is that taking Arnica internally is the most effective way (instead of topically). Dosing instructions for acute pain is 10 sprays under the tongue 3 times per day. Children 5 sprays 3 times per day. Once you reach maximum benefits, continue 10 sprays/day for maintenance. This product works great with Dr. Valerie Nelson's Pain Away.
