The LUNERA CFL LED GX23 is our 2-pin LED lamp that can be installed either plug-and-play or line driven (line driven requires an electrician to bypass the ballast). This 5W LED lamp replaces 13W compact fluorescent lamps with a 2-pin GX23 base and instantly saves up to 62% on energy.

When installed as a ballast driven (Type A) lamp - simply replace the CFL lamp without any fixture re-wiring. This makes it an excellent lamp for facility department DIY retrofit projects. It's exhaustively tested for ballast compatibility. Alternately, for even greater energy savings, have your electrician bypass the ballast and install it directly to line voltage.

It's bright lumen package, up to 580lm, delivers ample foot candles of near full-spectrum, 80+ CRI light where it’s needed, without harsh shadows, and is available in a variety of color temperatures from warm 2700K to neutral 4000K.

We've incorporated Thermal Fuse Protection in the lamp as an added measure of safety to prevent the lamp from overheating in the event of arcing caused by faulty fixture wiring, worn sockets or ballast failure. It is manufactured and tested to exacting quality standards and backed by a rated life of 50,000 hours.
