The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect square. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: squares range from ¼"-2". Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside edges act as bonus square cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 11ga. cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.

-Hypertherm - .380" dia. - Fits most Hypertherm models and some off brand plasma cutters.
-Miller - .430" dia. - Some Lincoln, Eastwood, Hobart and Lotos models are this size -Thermal Dynamics - .580" dia. - Will not work with cutmaster 42
