We believe the simpler the better that is why we want to provide you with a simple solution to keep your kitchen castiron cookware and grill ware clean, free of rust and with a longer lifespan. Our 100 % PURE fractionated coconut oil contains no added preservatives and no added scents. When Coconut oil is fractionated it separates so that the long-chain triglycerides (LCT) are removed and only the medium chain triglycerides (MCT) are left. This leaves an almost PURE oil that will NOT go rancid and is superior to most other oils for treating. Cast iron has tiny little peaks and valleys throughout its surface. With our Cast Iron oil you will fill those cavities that provides a smooth finish. It also gives you an awesome non-stick cooking surface. Or you use our oil on the grill after you have cleaned the grates to ensure your food won't stick to the grates the next time you BBQ. It leaves no smells or stickiness and doesn't need to be washed off before the next use. STEP 1 Preheat your cookware to around 300 degrees to open the pores on the surface of the cookware. STEP 2 Clean the pan in warm water. Do not use soap because the pan will absorb the soap! Use a brush to clean the pan of any dirt that might have accumulated during manufacturing. Dry the pan with a clean, soft cloth. STEP 3 Using an old towel or a piece of a cloth, rub our Cast Iron Oil with 100% Fractionated coconut oil around the entire pan, making sure it is entirely coated. STEP 4 Set the pan upside down in the oven at low heat for 30 minutes to make sure the pan completely absorbs the oil. Or, since the oil doesn't go rancid, simply place the cookware in storage. It's that simple!
