Strobe Modes:
This item includes 7 modes of flashing/strobe. Each panel consists of 4 LED. This Strobe light unit consist of 6 panels for a total of 24 LED.
Mode 1: Flashes between block panel 1 and block panel 2
Mode 2: Flashes from both block panels at same time
Mode 3: Scan from right block panel to left block panel
Mode 4: Scan from left block panel to right block panel
mode 5: Flashes between block panel 1 to block panel 2 a few times follow by flashing all block panels.
Mode 6: All block panel are constant flashing
Mode 7: All LED are constan on. No flash

The light bar part is weather proof, it can be used under any conditions. But the kit will be short once wire and control box get wet.
