Overflowing with milk and aching for relief, 22-year-old Jane finds herself in a predicament when she gets stuck on an island with Liam, the handsome boy she grew up with. Unable to escape back to the resort to relieve the pressure in her chest, she has no choice but to take matters into her own hands.
