How to choose a most suitable cheese cutter?

Different cheese needs to have different ways to cut, different cheese shapes need different tools also just a tool is obviously not enough, one cheese set must have to have.

This set includes the following 4 Utensils:

1) Hard Cheese Knife which features a 2" long x 1" wide (tapering to 1/4") Sharp, Curved and Beveled Blade that cuts through the hardest of cheeses, such as Romano, Parmesan with ease.

2) Serving Fork which features Two - 2 3/4" Tapered Prongs with Sharp, Pointed Tips.

3) Cheese Spreader which offers a 2 1/2" long x 1" wide Beveled Blade with a Rounded Tip. This Cheese Spreader is prefect for spreading Warm Brie. I prepare mine by placing a round of Brie in the center of a ready to bake, scored loaf of French Bread dough. I use a round cake pan so the dough wraps around the Brie while they are baking. By the time the bread is fully baked, the Brie is melted and perfect for spreading on small slices of the hot bread.

4) Soft Cheese Knife featuring a 2 3/8" Beveled Cutting Blade on the side of the knife as well as a 3/4" Beveled Cutting Blade on the Tip. I find this knife to be especially effective for cutting bricks of Colby Jack cheese. The Sharp, Beveled tip works very well for squaring the strips of cheese I have cut from the brick with the side blade.

Each set contains a spreading knife, a soft-cheese knife, a hard-cheese knife, and crumbly-cheese knife, and a serving fork to handle all your cheese.
