You are purchasing 1 Assorted, Bi-Colored flowering, standard sized African Violet in bloom and / or bud (at time of shipping). Each plant is potted, growing and shipped in a 4" plastic nursery pot. Provide bright, indirect sunlight and keep soil moist, but not soggy. Do not allow to dry out. Care instructions are included with every plant! We ship daily and strive to get every order out in the mail the same day or next day. Typically, orders placed before 4pm Eastern time, will ship out the next day. If, for any reason, we are experiencing shipping delays, we will contact you right away. LIVE PLANT GUARANTEE: Included with every plant purchase. Please read. Jordan's Jungle guarantees all of our plants to be alive and healthy upon receipt and to remain that way for 7 days from the day of delivery. Because plants are living beings, and we no longer have control over their care, we cannot be responsible for death or damage after 7 days of receipt or delivery, as determined by the US Postal Service. If you need to make a claim for refund, we ask that you email us right away and include at least 1 clear photograph of the death and / or damage. If multiple plants are dead or damaged, please be sure to include a separate photo of each plant you are claiming. Please also inform us that you purchased through Amazon. Upon receiving your email, and reviewing the photograph(s) we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the plant(s). Please note that 1 or 2 damaged leaves does not constitute damage. Broken or bent leaves can be removed by carefully pulling them down towards the base of the plant. Rest assured, these leaves will grow back and your plant will continue to flourish.
