STONECRAFT Metal Bond and Resin Bond pads are very flexible and can be used for flat, convex or concave surface polishing of granite, marble, concrete, terrazzo, engineered Stone, limestone, travertine, and slate. Exceptional grinding and polishing speed. Stonecraft discs are velcro backed and color coded. Recommended speed: up to 2500 rpm with a central water supply; up to 3000 rpm when dry. The suggested sequence for usage as below: Step A: #50 for very coarse grinding; Step B: #100 for coarse grinding; Step C: #200 for grinding; Step D: #400 for grinding; Step E: #600 for grade 1 polishing; Step F: #800 for grade 2 polishing; Step G: #1000 for grade 3 polishing; Step H: #2000 for grade 1 final polishing; Step I: #3000 for grade 2 final polishing; Step J: #BUFF for buffing (white for white stone, black for black stone). Stonecraft pads designed for good heat dissipation, pls. use lower rotation speed for softer stones like limestone.
