Punched the 3D "balloons" from all different color combinations of card stock and the 3D mini hearts from Kraft brown card stock. Then to really make the balloons POP I added my own hand cut cloud shape to to hover over each balloon..The balloons are each approx 3 inches wide -the clouds are approx 4.5 X 3 inches and the hearts are approx 1.5 inches. I am in LOVE with this whole concept!!! This set would look so pretty hanging over a crib- or over a cake table at a birthday party or baby shower- Or even in a child's room simply for a sweet decoration. They look very cool in a photo as a backdrop!! The bright fun colors are perfect for any children's room!!In even the slightest breeze the balloons spin to reveal their beautiful colours.
