Made of thick 100% acrylic, the crown is constructed out of 6 panels of fabric with stitched air vents for circulation, to form a classic round baseball cap shape. The front of the hat is decorated with raised embroidery of U.S. BORDER PATROL in large block letters in striking golden yellow stitching outlined by black, to give it a 3 dimensional presence. The inside of the hat is lined with a padded hatband for comfortable wear, and the back of the hat is equipped with an adjustable strap for a secure fit.
