The spring bar length measurement is actually the length between the watch lugs(horns), not the overall length of the spring bar. To determine the length you need, first look at your current strap/band as many have the measurement stamped on the back. If not, use a metric ruler to measure the distance between the watch lugs(horns) where the current band attaches. No ruler nearby? A nickel is slightly wider than 21mm and a quarter is slightly wider than 24mm.

1.50mm thickness is the standard thickness, unless your watch strap/band/bracelet needs the thinner 1.30mm or thicker 1.78mm thickness(usually for sports, diver or tool watches).
