1.Hardware Only,Not including door panel; 2.Track had been pre-drilled 16" apart holes,if your wall is drywall+studs,pls check if it's 16" between two studs before you order the kit; 3.Track's two end had been pre-drilled holes for track connector to fix two tracks to be a longer one for double door system; 4.Track connector is a little bit shorter than track so it allow rollers slide one side to the other side; 5.The height from top of the door to the top of the roller is about 130mm,the gap bewteen door(thickness 40mm) and wall is 16mm
