Permanent vinyl is NOT RECOMMENDED for use on interior walls or clothing.
Permanent vinyl will "set" and become permanent after 24-48 hours. It is repositionable right after initial application to straighten it or move it slightly. Use transfer tape to reposition vinyl to minimize risk of stretching or tearing.
