Each kit contains the following components: Fel-Pro Head Gasket Set Mahle Original Cylinder Head Bolt Set (8) AFM Hydraulic Roller Lifters - NEW DESIGN; Improved 2nd generation (8) Hydraulic Roller Lifters (non-AFM). AFM lifters fail due to a faulty VLOM (valley cover) - Updated VLOM# 12571609 from GM must be installed with new lifter to prevent future failures and warranty coverage.
