The Plastic Single Layer Thickness is 0.4mm, thicker 60% than Standard 0.25mm. New poly vinyl chloride material, No Recycling Plastic Scrap.

They are flat and good looking, not like other's flimsy and warp(bend/tangled up /wavy).

In summer we use a little harder plastic material, so they are not stick and warp in the hot.

In winter we use more flexible PVC material, so they are not brittle and break easily in the cold.

The Resealable Zip are very good, easy to open and close.

Crystal clear transparent on both sides. The cards with barcodes or QR codes can be scanned without removing it from the badge sleeve holder.
