TIPPY GOLDEN FLOWERY ORANGE PEKOE (TGFOP) is a rich grade of tea for which the leaves are always plucked in a Two Leaf and a Bud formation. The leaves form the wiry tea whereas the bud becomes the Golden Tip - which adds a malty note to the tea. "I used to buy bulk organic tea from my local co-op but the leaves are tiny and float through the holes in my strainer. These leaves are nice and big, you won't get little bits at the bottom of your cup. It's not organic, but it is MRL compliant to EU standards, no synthetic chemicals.
