It all began rather selfishly. In 1999, a diagnosis of Celiac disease begat an online gluten-free cooking magazine, with the goal of helping people with gluten intolerance learn to cook, eat and entertain deliciously. Glutenfreeda's Foods, Inc. is an extension of our outreach to those who are too busy to cook or who won't or don't cook for any reason. Glutenfreeda's Foods, Inc. offers the same wholesome, authentic tasting products; already prepared. We are committed to providing the highest quality and most authentic tasting wheat/gluten-free food on the planet and in doing this, we demonstrate that eating wheat/gluten-free is a delicious and natural way to live.
