10 pairs breast lifters and nipple covers are disposable, perfect for wearing under strapless, backless dresses, tank tops etc.

Instructions:

1. Remove one half of the backing from the side of the lifer before applying to your skin;
2. Place the adhesive part on your breasts, the crescent shape to be pointed downward against your breast just above the areola;
3. Remove the backing of the top half of the lifter and pull upward up to the desired position;
4. Press the adhesive portion on the top half of the lifter firmly against your breast. The same procedures are needed for the other side;
5. If you like, use the nipple cover to cover your nipples.
