Make the pen flow properly :It may take more time for ink to get into the feed and make it fully wet/workable. We recommend you clean nib part with water before filling when you use this pen at the first time . For using cartridge ,please shakes the pen few times downwards after inserting the first cartridge to make the nib initially a bit wet which is a great way to jump start it
