To determine the proper width, measure watch lug width where the current band attaches. No ruler nearby? A nickel is slightly wider than 21mm and a quarter is slightly wider than 24mm.

As with most PU Rubber Dive bands, break-in time can be accelerated by immersing the band in hot water(divers use boiling water, use care) to help it shape to your wrist. Wear it in good health!
