Description:
GDEALER Instant Read Meat Thermometer, also a Digital Waterproof Pocket Thermometer, Cooking Thermometer, Food Thermometer with ABS Plastic Case, it has Hold Function and is best for BBQ Grilling Candy Milk and Kitchen.

Operation:
1. To test temperature, insert probe into thickest part of food.
2. Temperature-Hold. Before withdrawing from food, press "HOLD" button. It will hold the temperature reading until be pressed again.
3. Manual Calibration. Prepare ice-water mixture (ice: water=6:4), then using thermometer to measure the temperature of the mixture. When the reading reaches a stable value, press "CAL" button till then screen display 0°C, calibration finished. Calibration Range: ±1 ºC

Notice:
1. Do not leave thermometer in oven while cooking, do not touch hot probe with bare hands.
2. Wash the metal probe in soapy water. Clean thermometer by hand. Do not completely immerse in water.
3. The metal probe can be sterilized by soaking in boiling water for several minutes.
