Operating instructions:
1. Choose the right place to clip.
2. Keeping the switch off or turn to "0".
3. Starting car, plug in the cigarette lighter.
4. To connect the fan and clip, adjusting appropriate angel of fan, tighten the swivel nut, turn on the switch.
5. After using it, turn off the switch, and pull out cigarette lighter.

Cleaning and maintenance:
