First we started with Rooibos, commonly known as "Red Tea," even if it's not from the tea plant. Rooibos is stimulant free with a sweet refreshing herbal texture, and blends perfectly with other flavors. Next up we added some Honeybush, whose flowers smell of honey, earning this plant its namesake. It adds a little more body and sweetness to the mixture. Of course, we were just getting started. This tea needed some punch, so we tossed in a helping of Lemongrass and Lemon Verbena to add a delicate lemony essence. We couldn't forget the bite, so we finished it off with some Ginger.
