1.What Should I do if my hair gets stuck in the chamber?
If it happens, please do not panic, there are two ways to solve the problems. You can immediately unplug the device to stop the process, and gently pull out your hair from the chamber. Or you can release the handle for 2 seconds then start curling your hair(Auto-retrieval process for protecting your hair from getting stuck.
2. My hair does not curl well in the chamber.
Please select the right temperature(between350â„‰and 450â„‰) and the curling time(0,8,10,12s), the longer the hair stays in the chamber, the more defined curl you will get, So release the hair in your hands right after the clamp is closed, and let it get rolled in the chamber to enjoy the curling.
3. My hair is too long/too short, too thin to curl?
If your hair is too thin or too short(less than 15cm), you may not get the ideal curl you want.
4. My hair is long enough to curl, but why it will stop work in process in the chamber?
The section of your hair should be of right amount at a time ( no wider than your index finger, no longer than 10 inches), too much hair a time will cause a jam in process.
