This is a 12-foot black replacement coil cord for the Mitel 5300 series of phones such as the 5312, 5320, 5330, 5330e, 5340, and 5360. It has a tail of several inches in length. At rest the coil cord is 18 inches long (not including tail), the 12 foot measurement refers to the amount of cable used before it undergoes coiling. This black cord will also make an excellent replacement cord for any other flat black phone as well, and they are perfectly compatible with any other phone, since it has the standard 4-conductor 4P4C handset connector sometimes also known as RJ9 that fits the majority of phones produced.
