HOW TO BREW LIKE A PRO: If you follow these instructions, you will soon master the art of the perfect brew. STEP 1: MEASURING Measure 2 level tablespoons of freshly ground coffee for a 5 ounce cup of medium strength coffee. Add more if you prefer a stronger brew. A medium grind works best. STEP 2: BLOOMING Spoon coffee into dripper then pour twice the amount of hot water that you have coffee (works best using a gooseneck kettle for a concentrated pour). Allow the coffee to "bloom" for 30 seconds before continuing. STEP 3: POURING Continue pouring the hot water slowly over the grounds. Use a circular motion to cover all the coffee evenly. Allow the coffee to flow through before pouring more water. You don't want the grounds to swim in too much water. This should take about 90 seconds to complete. STEP 4: ENJOY!! Savor the rich brew and repeat the process for a second cup HANDLING AND CARE: Simply dump the grinds then wash with a soft sponge and warm soapy water after use. This high quality product is also dishwasher safe. If you clean the filter with warm soapy water after each use, it will remain free flowing for the next brew.
