The Liberty Lane Collection is a dual threat to the nail polish world. Not only does this metallic shimmer glitter polish look stunning as a base coat, but thanks to its heavy pigmentation, it also work beautifully as stamping polish. Nation's Treasure (B168) - a stunning metallic gold and which ever way you use this polish, the end result will be you loving your manicure! *APPLICATION*: After picking an image from a stamping plate, apply the creative art polish to a portion of the image. At a 45 degree angle, use a scraper to spread excess polish over the rest of the image. Quickly stamp the image from plate to stamper then apply on your nail in a rotation fashion from one side to the other. *NOTE*: This is a set of stamping polish only. NO stampers, scrapers or nail plates come with this items. *WARNINGS*: Keep away from open flames.
