Jiffy Plate Demo License Plate Holder is made of neoprene and is secured strongly in the trunk, hood or rear window by knobs on the back of the straps. The double neoprene holder securely surrounds, holds and protects the license plate from wear and rust. Will not scratch painted surfaces. 12.5" W x 13" L x 0.25" H.
