Superbly non-stick, this flexible silicone sheet is fantastic for Swiss roll or roulade as you can roll it up straight from the sheet without the aid of a tea towel. Easy to clean and store, it's also microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 240°C.
