This is the IEM-type amplifier module for the FiiO X7 high-resolution music player. The AM1 is specifically designed for earbud users and some portable headphones that don't require very high output power. This amp module uses TI's OPA1612 for voltage amplifcation and AD8397 for current amplification. Advantages of using this module include minimal heat generation, low power consumption, and long battery life.
