Asked: Am I getting inaccurate step countings?
Answer: Several steps you take when fetching a book in your room or watering flowers in your courtyard may not be counted as valid steps.
Steps taken at the very beginning will not be displayed till your steps are getting steady. You can try more steps to check it out
Asked: No step or sleep time records?
Answer: When you disconnect the Bluetooth connection, the steps on app will no longer be updated, but the fitness tracker still tracks. When you get the 2 devices connected again ( you may need to wait 1-2 minutes for the synchronization ), the data will be updated.
