N'Ice Caps TM girls 2 ply micro fleece hat and mitten set with flower tassels and trim. Available in 2 colors. Pink, fuchsia. 2 sizes. One size fits 6-18 months (label says 12-24 months) one size fits 18-36 months (label says 2T-4T). For size 6-18 months the mittens do not have thumbs. For size 18-36 months (2T-4T), the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
