N'Ice Caps TM girls and infants bomber flap hats. Printed water repellent taslon shell, specialized construction, elastic in back for better fit, quilted lining in crown, faux fur lining on flaps and tabs, velcro closure. Colors: fuchsia/multi tye dyed print, pink/multi metallic flowers print. Sizes available: one size fits 6-12 months (labels says 12-18 months, we recommend for 6-12 months), one size fits 18-36 months, one size fits 3-5yrs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
