N'Ice Caps TM girls soft swirling velboa hat and mitten with soft fleece lining. hat amnd mitten have ears, mitten has elastic on wrist, very soft product. Colors: white, pink, fuchsia. 4 sizes. One size fits 6-12months, one size fits 12-24months, one size fits 2T-4T, one size fits 4-7yrs. Not all colors available in all sizes. For sizes 6-12 months and 12-24 months the mittens do not have thumbs. For sizes 2T-4T and 4-7 years the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
