I inherited a very valuable diamond pinky ring from my grandfather but was uneasy to wear the ring because it was a smidgen too big. Rezising was not a possibility as I would have lost all the hallmarks proving that the ring is a true antique (over 100 years old) as well as the purity of the gold, 18K and the size of the Stone 2.2 carat. Regular spirals I find uncomfortable to wear and they come off. This is perfect, cut the spiral to the width you need, thread onto the ring and submerge for a minute or so in a cup of boiling water (make sure you don't burn yourself) leave for further two minutes and you have a perfect fit. The spiral has changed into a a whitish opaque smooth mass you don't feel at all. If you want to remoe the "snuggy" just slice open, carefully, with a Stanley type knife and peel off. As I said before, perfect! Just bought another pack to have enough for the future."
