Peggy Lee had already been a successful recording artist for nearly 35 years by the time she recorded this 1974 album. This mix of jazz and pop stylings - with just a pinch of (dare we say) funk (it was 1974, after all) - was proof that she still had plenty of spark left in her. The album's wonderful title track was written, arranged and produced by Paul McCartney. While we are name dropping, "Let's Love" features musical assistance from Dave Grusin amongst others. This is a reissue of the Rhino/Handmade edition featuring the original album's eleven tracks plus five bonus tracks. Wounded Bird.
